Gazprom has elected Anatoly Titov as Director General of Gazprom Transgaz Tomsk and Gazprom Invest Vostok.
Anatoly Titov was born in January 1955 in the Irkutsk Oblast. In 1982 he graduated from the Tomsk Institute of Civil Engineering, majoring in Industrial and Civil Engineering. He holds a PhD in Economics.
Between 1982 and 1996 he was employed by Sibgrazhdanstroy (Tomsk).
From 1996 to 2003 – Deputy Mayor in charge of housing and utilities, public services and amenities, transport, power and communications at the Tomsk Administration.
Between 2003 and 2012 – Deputy Director General responsible for capital construction and repair at Gazprom Transgaz Tomsk (before February 2008 – Tomsktransgaz).
Vitaly Markelov, former head of Gazprom Transgaz Tomsk, was relieved of his post due to appointment as Deputy Chairman of the Gazprom Management Committee. Vyacheslav Mikhalenko, former head of Gazprom Invest Vostok – due to appointment as Director General of Gazprom Transgaz Moscow.
