Information Reference

The General Agreement on Cooperation of OAO TATNEFT and OAO AvtoVAZ was signed in 2006. The Agreement provided for delivery of products manufactured by the oil refining and petrochemical complex of TATNEFT: synthetic motor oils, high-quality gasoline and Kama Euro tires for original assembly of cars to OAO AvtoVAZ.

Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov and President of OAO AvtoVAZ Igor Komarov signed a long-term cooperation agreement between the Government of Tatarstan and AvtoVAZ in Kazan, Tatarstan, in April 2010. This agreement allowed transferring cooperation with enterprises of the Republic to a new quality level. As Igor Komarov noted, OAO "Nizhnekamskshina" of TATNEFT's tire complex is a major supplier for AvtoVAZ and the vast majority of cars manufactured by Togliatti Works are equipped with tires produced in Nizhnekamsk.
