The OAO TATNEFT’s innovative projects in e-learning: "Electronic Corporate University" of OAO TATNEFT (ECU) and "Students’ Labor Exchange" received a high appraisal at the Silicon Valley, USA.
The "ECU" and "SLE" portals’ projects were presented at the Menlo Park (California) by Svetlana Garayeva, a member of the Electronic Corporate University and the Electronic Students’ Labor Exchange designers team of OAO TATNEFT.
Projects presentation of 10 Russian IT-companies was held at the office of Draper Fisher Jurvetson (DFJ) investment Company, where the representatives of the mentioned companies attended a two weeks development course under the program FASTTRACK TechVenture SMARTiQ in the Silicon Valley.
The event was attended by Alfredo Coppola, President of US Market Access Center, Max Shapiro, Director of PeopleConnect Recruiting Company, a spokesman of DFJ, Sasha Johnson, venture capital provider, as well as other American investors and entrepreneurs.
Svetlana Garayeva presented two projects of OAO TATNEFT demonstrating operation of "ECU" and "SLE" portals in the real time mode.
The projects were positively evaluated by the investors and received a high score. "Both development works are unambiguously interesting and very innovative” - the jury members noted in their summary. As a matter of fact the "Students’ Labor Exchange" is a conceptually unique project, we have not yet seen such personnel platforms, where the employer could remotely train and educate the future employees".
