TRANSNEFT JSC began works on filling with oil the second line of the East Siberia – Pacific Ocean oil pipeline. The oil was fed to the linear part of the trunk oil pipeline into the scraper station of oil processing plant No. 21 at Skovorodino district of Amur Region.
Within the period since July 2 to July 7, 197 km of the trunk oil pipeline will be filled, where hydrotestings and intratubal diagnostics had been preliminarily made. After some technological break, the filling of the oil pipeline will be continued. The full commissioning of the second line of ESPO project is planned for the end of the year 2012.
