The amount of 2,204,042 tons of crude oil was produced at OAO TATNEFT in August or 100.1% versus August 2011. The amount of 17,320,307 tons of crude oil was produced during eight months, which was 60,493 tons more than in 2011 (100.3%) with the above-the-plan production in the amount of 391,918 tons (102.3%). 17,029,195 tons of crude oil were delivered with the above-the-plan delivery amounting to 469,065 tons.
The production volume of TATNEFT Group of Companies amounted to 17,520,872 tons of crude oil with the above-the-plan production amounting to 400,565 tons (102.3%).
The new drilling penetration for 8 months of 2012 amounted to 435.6 thousand meters (409.6 thousand meters in 2011). Of this amount 325.3 thousand meters (336.4 thousand meters in 2011) were penetrated for OAO TATNEFT, including production drilling in the amount of 317.9 thousand meters and exploratory drilling amounting to 7.4 thousand meters. 37.2 thousand meters (31.7 thousand meters in 2011) were penetrated for subsidiaries of OAO TATNEFT, including production drilling in the amount of 29.6 thousand meters and exploratory drilling amounting to 7.6.thousand meters.
259 wells (272 wells in 2011) were constructed and delivered to the customers with 186 wells (209 wells in 2011) delivered to OAO TATNEFT, including 182 wells of production drilling and 4 wells of exploratory drilling. 18 wells were delivered to subsidiaries of OAO TATNEFT (24 wells in 2011), including production drilling of 15 wells and exploratory drilling of 3 wells.
The penetration of sidetracking and horizontal wellbores during eight months of 2012 amounted to 36.8 thousand meters (29.7 thousand meters in 2011). 18.9 thousand meters (15.1 thousand meters in 2011) were drilled for OAO TATNEFT.
The plans envisage for delivering 62 wells (65 wells in 2011) to the customers. Of this amount 39 wells (42 wells in 2011) are planned to be delivered to OAO TATNEFT.
38 drilling crews have been performing well drilling operations since the beginning of 2012 and 10 drilling crews are engaged in drilling lateral and lateral horizontal wellbores. One drilling crew performs drilling to the bituminous deposits of Ashalchinskoye field for NGDU "Nurlatneft".
The penetration per crew in new drilling during 8 months of 2012 amounted to 11,369 m, while in 2011 the penetration per crew amounted to 11,665 m. 53.3 thousand meters were penetrated in new drilling outside the Republic of Tatarstan.
In August 2012 remedial servicing operations were performed in 723 wells (817 wells in August 2011) with a number of the wells subjected to remedial operations for eight months amounting to 5,574 wells (5,410 wells during 8 months of 2011).
37 wells were repaired outside the Republic of Tatarstan, including 36 wells for OOO "Tatneft-Samara" and 1 well for OAO "Ilekneft" (34 wells were repaired during 8 months of 2011, including 30 wells for OOO "Tatneft-Samara", 3 wells for OOO "Tatneft-Severny" and one well for OAO "Ilekneft").
The workover operations were performed in 1,607 wells (233 wells in August) during eight months of the current year, including production string sealing performed in 207 wells, shutting-off individual layers and recompletion in other intervals were performed in 118 wells, transfer of wells into different categories and wells completion for injection in 105 wells, liquidation of downhole complications and cleaning of production casing and bottomhole in 167 wells, installation of isolating packers and dual completion systems in 45 wells and physical liquidation and re-liquidation in 37 wells.
525 wells were worked over with application of coil tubing (78 wells in August), including 101 wells worked over through the annulus.
Formation hydrofracking operations were performed in 264 wells (in August 39) (215 wells during 8 months of 2011). The cumulative incremental crude oil production resulting from application of this method amounted to 5 million 780 thousand tons.
26 small diameter wells were drilled and completed for OAO TATNEFT by the workover crews during eight months of 2012. At present drilling of one slim hole is in progress for each NGDU "Almetyevneft", NGDU "Jalilneft" and NGDU "Prikamneft".
Works on oil recovery enhancement were performed in 1584 wells (235 wells in August), including chemical methods applied in 902 wells (125 wells in August).
The incremental crude oil production resulting from application of crude oil recovery enhancement methods amounted to 3 million 879 thousand tons, with application of chemical methods accounting for the production of 1 million 740 thousand tons.
Bottomhole area treatment operations with application of OAO TATNEFT's technologies were performed in 2,130 wells during eight months of 2012.
