The young specialists of OAO "Surgutneftegas" completed practical training at the OAO TATNEFT's facilities within the scope of experience exchange between the oil companies.
An extensive multi-day visit program of the "Surgutneftegaz" delegation included visits to production and social facilities of OAO TATNEFT and round tables where young oilmen shared experience in the production and social activities.
The guests from Surgut got familiarized with the activities of NGDU "Almetyevneft", one of the oldest oil and gas production boards of the Company, which celebrates its 60th anniversary this year, visited Ashalchinskoye extra-viscous oil field of NGDU "Nurlatneft", where they were demonstrated the technology of natural bitumen fields development and the "Dreco" slant drilling rig operation; they also visited socio-cultural and industrial facilities of NGDU "Leninogorskneft", where new technologies are successfully implemented allowing for integrated solution of crude oil production problems and effective development oil fields. There was a presentation of the English Club activity offered to the delegation participants in Leninogorsk, which allows the specialists of TATNEFT improving their knowledge of the English language for successful communication with foreign partners, studying research papers and staying current with the global changes.
The issues of crude oil refining and petrochemicals production were also offered to the attention of the young professionals from the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug. After reviewing the production capacity, the main stages and processes of SSC tires production at the tire manufacturing complex of TATNEFT the "Surgutneftegaz" delegation assessed the level of automation and safety at the SSC Tire Factory.
One of the program items was a visit to the TANECO Oil Refining and Petrochemical Complex. CDU/VDU-7, treatment facilities and the central control room were the waypoints for touring the TANECO Refining and Petrochemical Plants Complex, which were demonstrated in detail to the guests from Siberia.
The tour of the facilities was followed by a round table with experts of the Oil Refining and Petrochemical Complex.
