The Saratov Oil Refinery regrets to inform that one of the employees injured by the fire at the refinery on 4October, Alexander Krischenko (operator of Shop 1) died this morning at 5.45 am from severe burn injuries.
The refinery management and staff extend their sincerest condolences to his bereaved family and friends.
Konstantin Gusarov, Director, Saratov Oil Refinery: “On behalf of the company management I express our heartfelt condolences to Alexander’s family. We will make sure that the family receives all the necessary support”.
The fire at the Saratov Refinery has been fully extinguished. Work is underway to bring the facility back to normal operation.
