December 6th the VIIth International conference «Oil and gas shelf contracting» (Neftegazshelf-2012) will be held in Moscow where practices of delivery commitment of the Russian industrial production will be discussed.
Topics under discussion:
- Strategies of localization of the equipment according to the order of the Government of the RF № 443-р d.d. April 12th 2012;
- Objectives of oil and gas producing companies to develop Russian projects offshore;
- Experience of the biggest world shelf equipment suppliers;
- Equipment requirements operating offshore;

- Safety issues in operations offshore.
