Saratovneftegaz comissioned automated line heaters

As a result of effective APG utilization the oil transportation expenses dropped and the quality of oil treatment improved and APG utilization level increased, for instance it increased from 83% to 96% at Furmanovsky oil gathering station. As for new heater PNPT-0,63 installation into Stepnovskaya compressor station together with construction of the 15 km gas line, this let APG utilization level at Vostochno-Suslovsky oil-gathering station increase from 12% up to 98%.
New line heaters are fully automated and man-free operated.
Production data comes into the system online and lets the specialists manage the process of oil treatment, while the safety level of the equipment significantly grows.
According to the Order of the Government No. 7 On Measures targeted at cuts of open air pollution by APG flaring dated 08.01.2009 the Company formed and approved the programmes of the effective APG utilization for 2011-2014. Activities under the Programme cover principal capital investments allocated at construction of the number of facilities of the engineering infrastructure of all subsidiaries. Increase of the effective APG utilization up to 95% is the major objective within the short-term programme of OAO NK RussNeft gas projects.

Apart from being economically beneficial, effective APG utilization programme implemented by Saratovneftegaz will give the opportunity to improve the ecological situation in the areas where the oilfields are developed.
