Norway's Dolphin Geophysical announced Thursday that it has secured a contract to conduct a 3D seismic survey in the North Sea from an undisclosed client.
Dolphin said the survey will be acquired by the high-capacity 3D vessel M/V Polar Duke, beginning in August for the duration of approximately five weeks.
"We now have a full backlog for the Summer Season with all of our vessels working in the North Sea region and busy into the fourth quarter," Håvard Åsli, Dolphin's regional marketing and sales manager for North Europe, said in a company statement.
