Crude Oil Production
The amount of 2,217,706 tons of crude oil was produced at JSC TATNEFT in June accounting for 100.7 percent versus July 2012. The amount of 15,149,829 tons of crude oil was produced during seven months, which was 33,564 tons more than during seven months of 2012 (102.2 percent) with the above-the-plan production in the amount of 395,939 tons (102.7 percent). The amount of 14,896,653 tons of oil was delivered with the above-the-plan delivery amounting to 429,413 tons.
New Drilling
The new drilling penetration for seven months of 2013 amounted to 334.7 thousand meters (379.3 thousand meters during seven months of 2012). Of this amount 258.3 thousand meters (281.9 thousand meters during seven months of 2012) were penetrated for JSC TATNEFT, including production drilling in the amount of 253.5 thousand meters and exploratory drilling amounting to 4.8 thousand meters.
21.8 thousand meters (34.2 thousand meters during seven months of 2012) were penetrated for the subsidiaries of JSC TATNEFT, including production drilling in the amount of 16.5 thousand meters and exploratory drilling in the amount of 5.3 thousand meters.
215 wells (222 wells during seven months of 2012) were constructed and delivered to the customers with 151 wells (159 wells during seven months of 2012) delivered to JSC TATNEFT, including 149 wells of production drilling and 2 wells of exploratory drilling.
18 wells were delivered to the subsidiaries of JSC TATNEFT (17 wells during seven months of 2012), including 13 wells of production drilling and 4 wells of exploratory drilling.
Active Well Stock Drilling
The penetration of sidetracking and horizontal wellbores during 7 months of 2013 amounted to 32.7 thousand meters (29.9 thousand meters during seven months of 2012). 15.4 thousand meters (15.3 thousand meters during seven months of 2012) were drilled for JSC TATNEFT.
60 wells (50 wells during seven months of 2012) were delivered to the customers. Of this amount 41 wells (31 wells during seven months of 2012) were delivered to JSC TATNEFT.
35 drilling crews have been performing well drilling operations since the beginning of 2013; 13 drilling crews are engaged in drilling lateral and lateral horizontal wellbores. One drilling crew performs drilling to the bituminous deposits of Ashalchinskoye field for NGDU "Nurlatneft". The penetration per crew in new drilling during seven months of 2013 amounted to 9,429 m, while during seven months of 2012 the penetration per crew amounted to 9,849 m.
33.1 thousand meters were penetrated outside the Republic of Tatarstan.
Repair of Wells
In July 2013 remedial servicing operations were performed in 735 wells (787 wells in July of 2012) with a number of wells serviced during seven months amounting to 4,813 wells (4,851 wells during seven months of 2012).
54 wells were repaired outside the Republic of Tatarstan, including 51 wells for OOO "Tatneft-Samara", 2 wells for OOO "Tatneft-Severny" and 1 well for JSC "Ilekneft" (34 wells were repaired during seven months of 2012 with 33 wells repaired for OOO "Tatneft-Samara" and 1 well for JSC "Ilekneft").
The workover operations were performed in 1,494 wells during seven months of the current year (212 wells in July) versus 1,374 wells for 7 months of 2012, including production string sealing performed in 158 wells, shutting-off individual layers and recompletion in other intervals were performed in 107 wells, transfer of wells into different categories and wells completion for injection in 114 wells, liquidation of downhole complications and cleaning of production casing and bottomhole in 86 wells, installation of isolating packers and dual completion systems in 97 wells, physical liquidation in 15 wells and re-liquidation in 8 wells.
377 wells were worked over with application of coil tubing (54 wells in July of 2012), including 66 wells worked over through the annulus.
Formation hydrofracking operations were performed in 350 wells (55 wells in July) (225 wells during six months of 2012). The cumulative incremental crude oil production amounted to 6 million 930 thousand tons.
Two workover crews drilled and completed 15 small diameter wells for JSC TATNEFT during seven months of 2013. Currently drilling of one well is underway at NGDU "Prikamneft" and NGDU "Leninogorskneft".
Works on oil recovery enhancement were performed in 1,419 wells (219 wells in July) with application of chemical methods in 684 wells (111 wells in July).
The incremental crude oil production resulting from application of crude oil recovery enhancement methods amounted to 3 million 847 thousand tons with application of chemical methods accounting for 1 million 428 thousand tons.
Bottomhole area treatment operations with application of JSC TATNEFT's technologies were performed in 1,881 wells during seven months of 2013.
Production Performance of the JSC TANECO
The TANECO Complex of Refining and Petrochemical Plants processed 730.5 thousand tons of crude oil and yielded 725.5 thousand tons of oil products in June 2013.
