Uralkali informs that the Company has been notified by Suleyman Kerimov Foundation that it beneficially owns 21.75% in the Company’s share capital.
Uralkali has also received a notice from Wadge Holdings Limited on the changes in its beneficiary shareholder structure.

1Wadge Holdings Ltd is beneficially owned by Suleyman Kerimov Foundation, Mr. Skurov and Mr. Galtchev. Wadge Holdings Ltd is the issuer of bonds held by Chengdong Investment Corporation that are exchangeable into 12.5 per cent of Uralkali’s ordinary shares. The bonds were issued in 2012 and mature in 2014.
