Rector of Baku Higher Oil School Elmar Gasimov informed the guests about the founding history of the higher school, its achievements, future plans and prospects.
He spoke about the reforms in education sphere led by the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev and said these reforms were carried out according to the international standards. Elmar Gasimov highly estimated Turkey’s achievements in education sphere and said Baku Higher Oil School gave importance to the experience of the Turkish universities.
