Crude Oil Production
The amount of 2,219,585 tons of crude oil was produced at JSC TATNEFT in October accounting for 100.6 percent versus October, 2012 (+12,536 tons). The amount of 21,737,914 tons of crude oil was produced during ten months, which was 74,794 tons more than during ten months of 2012 (100.3 percent) with the above-the-plan production in the amount of 582,364 tons (102.7 percent). The amount of 21,372,838 tons of oil was delivered with the above-the-plan delivery amounting to 627,198 tons.
New Drilling
The new drilling penetration for ten months of 2013 amounted to 472.5 thousand meters (554 thousand meters during ten months of 2012). Of this amount 372.4 thousand meters (409.4 thousand meters during ten months of 2012) were penetrated for JSC TATNEFT, including production drilling in the amount of 358.8 thousand meters and exploratory drilling amounting to 13.6 thousand meters.
26.0 thousand meters (46.7 thousand meters during ten months of 2012) were penetrated for the subsidiaries of JSC TATNEFT, including production drilling in the amount of 18.4 thousand meters and exploratory drilling in the amount of 7.6 thousand meters.
314 wells (339 wells during ten months of 2012) were constructed and delivered to the customers with 235 wells (244 wells during ten months of 2012) delivered to JSC TATNEFT, including 230 wells of production drilling and 5 wells of exploratory drilling.
21 wells were delivered to the subsidiaries of JSC TATNEFT (25 wells during ten months of 2012), including 13 wells of production drilling and 8 wells of exploratory drilling.
Active Well Stock Drilling
The penetration of sidetracking and horizontal wellbores during 10 months of 2013 amounted to 46.1 thousand meters (44.6 thousand meters during ten months of 2012). 21.4 thousand meters (23.5 thousand meters during ten months of 2012) were drilled for JSC TATNEFT.
98 wells (82 wells during ten months of 2012) were delivered to the customers. Of this amount 63 wells (53 wells during ten months of 2012) were delivered to JSC TATNEFT.
50 drilling crews were performing well drilling operations as of November 1, 2013 including 35 drilling crews engaged in traditional drilling operations and 14 crews were drilling lateral and lateral horizontal wellbores. One drilling crew performed drilling to the bituminous deposits.
Since the beginning of 2013 the average number of crews performing traditional drilling amounts to 35 teams, while 13 teams are involved in drilling of laterals and lateral horizontals.
One team performs drilling operations to bitumen deposits at Ashalchinskoye oil field for NGDU "Nurlatneft".
The penetration per crew in new drilling amounted to 13,271 m during ten months of 2013, while the penetration per crew during ten months of 2012 amounted to 14,445 m.
41.4 thousand meters were penetrated outside the Republic of Tatarstan.
Repair of Wells
In October 2013 remedial servicing operations were performed in 691 wells with a number of wells serviced during ten months amounting to 7,008 wells.
79 wells were repaired outside the Republic of Tatarstan, including 76 wells for OOO "Tatneft-Samara", 2 wells for OOO "Tatneft-Severny" and 1 well for JSC "Ilekneft".
The workover operations were performed in 2,142 wells during ten months of the current year (2,052 wells for 10 months of 2012), including production string sealing performed in 247 wells, shutting-off individual layers and recompletion in other intervals were performed in 144 wells, transfer of wells into different categories and wells completion for injection in 166 wells, liquidation of downhole complications and cleaning of production casing and bottomhole in 132 wells, installation of isolating packers and dual completion systems in 142 wells, physical liquidation in 30 wells and re-liquidation in 14 wells.
Formation hydrofracking operations were performed in 506 wells (326 wells during ten months of 2012). The cumulative incremental crude oil production amounted to 7 million 284 thousand tons.
The workover crews drilled and completed 20 small diameter wells for JSC TATNEFT during ten months of 2013.
Works on oil recovery enhancement were performed in 2,033 wells with application of chemical methods in 985 wells. The incremental crude oil production resulting from application of crude oil recovery enhancement methods amounted to 5 million 059 thousand tons with application of chemical methods accounting for 2 million 050 thousand tons.
Bottomhole area treatment operations with application of JSC TATNEFT's technologies were performed in 2,896 wells during ten months of 2013.
Production Performance of the JSC TANECO
The TANECO Complex of Refining and Petrochemical Plants processed 596.3 thousand tons of crude oil and yielded 593.1 thousand tons of oil products in October, 2013.
