The Annual Report of JSC TATNEFT has been highly praised at the XVth contest of the CIS companies' annual reports.
The awards ceremony took place within the frame of the conference "Annual report: the experience of leaders and new standards" held in Moscow. Traditionally, there were the largest domestic companies involved in the contest.
The TATNEFT Company won in the nomination "For contribution to the development and implementation of best practices in corporate management and accountability".
The Annual Report Contest of the CIS companies is conducted by the "Expert RA" rating agency. Its purpose is popularization of the best practices in the preparation of annual reports in Russia and familiarization of the professional community with the latest international trends in the preparation of this type of documentation.
The high assessment of the JSC TATNEFT Annual Report is the recognition by the business community as a whole of the Company's activities, the level of its corporate management, information disclosure and effective interaction with shareholders, investors and the public.
Each year JSC TATNEFT formulate the key results of the corporate development and detailing them in the contents of the annual report following the principles of the information disclosure and improving the corporate practice based on the latest international standards.
The Corporate Annual Reports of JSC TATNEFT are published in a common format maintaining the continuity of the report content structure and execution standards that increase the Company's activities transparency and enable to compare the performance indexes and to analyze the dynamics of its development.
This is not the first award of the Company's Annual Report. The Annual Report of JSC TATNEFT for the year 2012 was awarded the second place in the nomination "Best Annual Report of the Energy Sector" at the annual reports contest held in the frame of the International Investment Forum in Sochi in September of the current year.
