Royal Dutch Shell plc announces that it has today issued 37,952,003 A Ordinary shares in relation to the scrip dividend programme for the fourth quarter 2013 interim dividend.
Following this issue, the total number of A shares in issuance is 3,935,963,216 and the total number B shares is 2,440,410,614. Royal Dutch Shell plc holds no ordinary shares in Treasury.
