The XV-th report and election conference of the young employees of JSC TATNEFT was held in the Grand Hall of the "Neftche" Palace of Culture in Almetyevsk (Republic of Tatarstan), which brought together more than 700 delegates from the structural divisions, subsidiaries and management companies of JSC TATNEFT.

The XV-th report and election conference of the young employees of JSC TATNEFT was held in the Grand Hall of the "Neftche" Palace of Culture in Almetyevsk (Republic of Tatarstan), which brought together more than 700 delegates from the structural divisions, subsidiaries and management companies of JSC TATNEFT.


There are than 29,400 young persons employed at the TATNEFT Group of Companies today or 32 % of the total headcount.


Effective tools in the area of professional development of the Company's young employees are the Schools of Production Management. Good incentives for productive and creative activities of the young engineers are annual open youth scientific and practical conferences.
The scientific activities of the young people are growing every year. This is facilitated by changing the format of the open youth scientific and practical conferences and the geography expansion of the participants. 975 works were filed for participation this year of which 291 were admitted to the presentation.


Also increasing is the number of the innovation proposals submitted by the young people. 12,800 proposals for technical improvement have been submitted by the young people this year versus 9,481 proposals submitted last year. The expected economic effect of their implementation will exceed 880 million rubles.


The Company is actively applying the most advanced technologies today with still new technology being developed and improved control systems implemented. Methods of project management are applied. And the young people are assigned an important part in all these processes.


The course of the HR policy of TATNEFT remains unchanged and will include creation of necessary conditions for professional development, career development, scientific and creative development of the young workers.
Renat Mamin was re-elected as Chairman of the JSC TATNEFT's Youth Committee at the conference.
