Erection of the naphta splitter unit manufactured by JSC "Volgogradneftemash" was completed at the construction site of the TANECO Complex.
Erection of the technological equipment was carried out in accordance with the schedule by the professionals of TATNEFT's Construction Projects Implementation Department jointly with JSC "Tatneftehimmontazh", general contractor of the Company, and OOO "SOPiG.
Two Liebherr cranes of 600 and 100 tons carrying capacity were used for lifting column 1300S0003, which height was more than 47 meters, diameter - 4.5 meters and weight - 101.5 tons. Bearing in mind the security considerations and in order to reduce the time of the work performance, it was decided to mount the column service areas at ground level.
Currently, the detailed design of the naphtha hydrotreating unit has been completed, and the bulk of civil works and subsurface utility engineering has been performed.
The design capacity of the naphtha hydrotreating unit by the feed is 1.1 million tons per year.
