Transneft Siberia continues general construction and installation works at the main industrial facilities of the pipe-end pump station No. 1(PEPS-1) of Zapolyarye – Purpe oil trunk pipeline.
Assembling of operating platforms at stop valve units and vertical steel tanks (VFRT) with the amount of 20 thousand cubic metres and assembling of power cable trays at the oil heating station are performed. Insulation of utilities is performed. Setting up, wiring and preparing to tests of the equipment of variable frequency drives is conducted.
Besides, interior finish of the premises of autonomous diesel power station and fire station is continued. Water supply to the fire water storage tank with the amount of 5 thousand cubic metres and testing of pumping equipment at the facility “Water Supply of PEPS No. 1 with LMS (line maintenance service)” is conducted.
As well the constructors started hydrotesting of industrial pipelines of section No. 3 (from inlet elbow of booster pumps to the first T-bend of the main pump house, oil heating station with rigging etc.). At the sections of industrial pipelines No. 1, 2, 4 the works on hydrotesting have been finished.
At the present time about 1,370 and 123 technical resource units are involved in the PEPS-1 construction. The works are complicated with natural and climatic factor: approach to the construction facilities is locally hindered because of soil defrosting. However, the works on PEPS-1 construction are continued in accordance with the approved schedule.
