Transneft Siberia reported that the company continues general construction and assembly works at the main industrial facilities of pipe-end oil pump station No. 1 (PEPS-1) of Zapolyarye-Purpe oil pipeline.
Water bypass from the tested tank VFRT-20000 (Vertical Floating-Roof Tank) No. 7 to VFRT-20000 No. 6 is conducted for floating-roof testing upon conducting hydraulic test of the tank farm of PEPS-1. As well setting up and inspection of floating-roofs in tanks VFRT-20000 No. 2, 3 are performed.
Commissioning operations with automation cabinets and telemetry cabinets are conducted in the operator room of local diesel power plant (LDPP). Installation of pipe culverts and arrangement of on-site roads are performed as part of complex improvement of the industrial site of PEPS-1. In total about 3,300 precast concrete slabs of 4,492 ones have been already laid upon arrangement of pavement.
Emergency line maintenance division (ELMD) of Urengoy Oil Trunk Pipeline Directorate (OTPD) conducts inspection and setting up of PIG trap equipment systems, located at kilometer zero of Zapolyarye-Purpe oil pipeline route.
At the present time more than 1,260 employees of contracting organizations and more than 120 equipment units are working at the facilities of PEPS-1 Zapolyarye.
