Transneft Druzhba has completed scheduled repairs at the Kuybyshev-Unecha-Mozyr-1 oil pipeline and the Kuybyshev-Bryansk petroleum products pipeline
In the course of scheduled shutdown of pipelines from 12 July 2016 through 15 July 2016 the defects were eliminated, the valves were repaired and replaced, process pipelines were tested, and the petroleum products pipeline sections built were connected to the system.
As Transneft reported on July 18, 2016, in the course of scheduled shutdown of pipelines from 12 July 2016 through 15 July 2016 the defects were eliminated, the valves were repaired and replaced, process pipelines were tested, and the petroleum products pipeline sections built were connected to the system.
Medium repair of 8 valves has been carried out at the assembly of spring-loaded safety relief valves (SLSRV) of the Klin line operation dispatcher station (LODS), replacement of the line gate valve and medium repair of two station valves have been carried out at the Nikolskoye LODS.
In total, in the course of scheduled shutdowns in July 2016, Transneft Druzhba plans to carry out medium repair of 34 process stop valve items at oil trunk pipelines and petroleum products pipelines, oil pump stations and LODSs.
Besides, 2 defects and 2 non-prefabricated tees have been eliminated by way of cutting.
Hydraulic tests have been performed at process pipelines of tank farms at the Nikolskoye and Stalnoy Kon LODSs, at the collector and pressure manifold of the Penza LODS.
In total, 22 km of petroleum products pipeline sections built have been connected to the system.
The work was carried on a 24-hour basis during 72 hours of shutdown according to the approved plan of shutdowns at Transneft’s oil trunk pipelines.
