London, August 17 - Neftegaz.RU. London-based consultancy company Brand Finance published a rating of the most expensive Russian brands. The 2nd-ranked brand Gazprom valued up by 5%.
The 1st place of the rating was taken by Sberbank, which brand value increased by 18% to RUB 670.4 billion. Last year, the bank was also a leader. The top 5 most expensive brands included Gazprom, LUKOIL, Rosneft and RZD.
Gazprom saw its brand value up by 5% to RUB 320.8 billion. LUKOIL ranked 3rd with its brand value standing at RUB 281.063 billion, followed by Rosneft energy company with brand value of RUB 203.869 billion.
The brand of TATNEFT took the 9th place in the rating of the most expensive brands in Russia. The company’s brand was ranking № 10 last year. The cost of the TATNEFT brand grew by 9% in 2018 and is estimated at RUB 97.3 billion.
The brand value indicator was calculated taking into account several factors, such as marketing investments, equity and business efficiency.
