Nefteyugansk, October 10 - Neftegaz.RU. Yuganskneftegaz, a wholly integrated subsidiary of Rosneft, said it recorded its highest daily oil production at 197,193 thousand tons.
The largest oil and gas production company of Rosneft, RN-Yuganskneftegaz, on October 9, 2018, set the absolute historical record for daily oil production–197.193 thousand tons, which is the highest figure in the entire history of the company's development since 1964, the firm said in a statement.
The previous oil production record was achieved for around 196,000 tons in 1986. RN-Yuganskneftegaz, accounts for about 30 % of the Rosneft's total production. Its cumulative oil production stands at 2.3 billion tons so far.
The achievement of the peak production rate by RN-Yuganskneftegaz is an illustrative example of how the Rosneft's program of effective production on mature fields is being successfully implemented.
