Police have identified two workers who died after being crushed by a load of pipes at as southern Alberta gas storage facility.
Twenty-five-year-old Kevin Murray, of Calgary, and 26-year-old Karrissa Dyer, from Brooks, were employees of Art's Pipeline Construction of Brooks.
They were working under contract for Alberta Energy Corporation, owners of the facility.
The accident happened yesterday morning as the two workers were unloading pipe from a tractor-trailer unit.
The stack shifted and spilled down onto them.
R-C-M-P say no criminal charges were laid.
Alberta Occupational Health and Safety will investigate the deaths.
