One of the biggest carmakers, Ford, has sold its Kwik-Fit business.
Most of the companies successful in the 20th century now change their policy from broadening to concentration on their core business. The first one was Levy Straus today it is carmaker giant Ford.
Ford sold its 11,000 employees business to a private equity group CVC.
This policy is to help the company to reduce losses and raise cash.
But Ford doesn?t chop off the ends and has left 19% stake in the company so in the future it has possibility to benefit from its not profitable business today.
