Russia's Nobel Oil holding and the government of Vietnam's Kuangnai province have established a joint venture to deal with the production and processing of graphite, ITAR-TASS said Monday.
Nobel Oil holding specializes in projects for the exploration and production of hydrocarbons.
The projected capacity of the new joint venture with a charter capital of U.S. $3.3 million is expected at 5,000 tonnes of products a year.
