Vietnam Welcomes Russian Company

Nobel Oil of Russia has been granted a license to mine graphite in the Son Tinh District in Quang Ngai.

The company estimates annual output of 5,000 tons via the project, which has registered capital of US $ 3.28 million and an export ratio of 80%.
