LNG Taking Over South Korea

LNG-served households increased 8 per cent year-on-year to 10.1 million as of the end of December, South Korea's state-run gas company KOREA GAS CORP. said today.

LNG is now the main fuel for South Koreans, a company official said. "We plan to raise the ratio to 74 per cent of the total fuel from 58 per cent by 2007," he added.
