Japan's Oil Output Rose

Japan's oil imports volumes rose by 7 percent to 20.90 million kiloliters on year in November, according to data released Friday by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry.

Imports from the Middle East accounted for 84.3 percent of all crude imports in November, which marks a 5.1 percent decrease on year and a 3.2 percent decline on month.

Japan's overall output of oil product was up 2.4 percent on year in November to 18.26 million kiloliters. Month-end oil stocks were down 11.2 percent on year to 13.08 million kiloliters, the data showed.
