According to Transneft report on June 20, 2016, Giprotruboprovod obtained a positive opinion from the Russia’s State Assessment Authority St. Petersburg Branch on the capital construction facility: Primorsk-Based Oil Terminal.
Revamping for Receipt and Shipment of Light Petroleum Products. Leningrad Region, Vyborg District, town of Primorsk. The design documents have been drafted by Giprotruboprovod as part of the Sever Project.
The Project envisages laying down on-site pipelines with installation of locks; construction of stop valve units and pressure control units, pumping station, quality parameters measurement unit (QMU), oil quantity and quality measuring system, containers for collection of petroleum product leakages and drainage, pumping stations for pumpback from emergency discharge tanks, overhead cable trays as well as a series of other production and auxiliary buildings and structures.
Revamping of the oil terminal will be implemented in Primorsk specialized sea port in two stages. The work is intended to improve the throughput of the Primorsk special oil sea port in receipt and shipment of light petroleum products.
