Belorusneft does not expect a deficit of oil products in Belarus should Russia cut the supplies, Belorusneft Deputy Director General Sergei Kamornikov said at the international conference Belarus' Market of Oil Products and Gas: Manufacturing, Trading, Retail, BelTA has learned.
«We do not expect a deficit of oil products. The domestic market will remain stable in any circumstances,» Sergei Kamornikov said. The main mission of Belneftekhim Concern is to ensure the stable operation of the domestic market, both retail and wholesale, and industrial enterprises - large consumers of oil products, he noted.
«I am 100% sure this will not affect our [Belorusneft] network. The structure of supplies is such that a large part of oil products sold by the Russian operators of filling stations such as Lukoil, Gazpromneft, Tatneft are made in Belarus. They have contacts with our refineries,» Sergei Kamornikov noted.
